Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email within one minute, detailing the items ordered and your shipping information. Please carefully check the details (country, street number, company name, unit, etc.). If there is any mistake, please contact us immediately. If you do not receive the confirmation email after three minutes, please check your spam folder and verify whether your payment was successful.
Processing Time
After an order is placed, it will be sent to the factory’s printing queue for production.
Black and white are the standard default options, and black and white shoes are given higher priority in our smart printing queue. Other colors require an additional color-spraying process after printing is completed, so they usually take longer to prepare in stock.
In addition, for shoes of all colors, please avoid severe scratching of the upper during use, as this may cause discoloration or fading.
For these reasons, we recommend that customers choose black or white whenever possible.
Therefore:
Black and white shoes: ship within 3–7 business days.
Other colors: ship within 3–15 business days.

Note: Most orders are shipped from Shenzhen, China. Please confirm before placing your order. Our production facility in the United States is currently under construction and can handle a limited number of orders, but you will need to contact customer service to confirm availability.
Shipping Fee
All items currently enjoy free shipping until a new shipping policy is announced. The shipping carrier will be determined by Arkky.
Shipping Time
Shipping time is determined by the logistics carrier and typically takes 4–30 business days.
Note: Orders to remote areas would take a little longer to be delivered. Please note that the delivery time depends on the address specified for the order.
Any delivery date given by us is our best estimate only, and Arkky cannot be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by you due to any reasonable or unavoidable delay in the delivery of your order.

Duty Tax
Arkky is not responsible for any duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. These are not included in the shipping or handling costs of your order. If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, the original shipping cost, any customs/duty/tax charges, and return shipping costs will not be refunded.
ARKKY products may be shipped either from China or from your country or region, depending on ARKKY’s fulfillment arrangements. If the order is shipped from China, any import duties in your country or region will be the responsibility of the customer. If the order is shipped from your country or region, ARKKY may collect and remit local consumption taxes on your behalf.
